Continuing Education for the Community

Our Continuing Education Department offers short-term personal and professional development courses to the general public in a wide variety of subject areas.  While these courses will not lead to a college diploma or degree, they will provide you with improved skills and training that can have a positive impact on your career and personal life.

Each class is led by a competent instructor and does not require regular admission to the college.  Classes are designed to upgrade many of the skills needed by area employers to meet the challenges of an ever changing workplace.  In addition, SGTC offers a variety of personal enrichment classes.
